DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a necklace through ZANDO which was delivered in a couple of days. Thereafter the necklace was too big so i requested it be colllected and returned, which it was also a couple of days later. the refund is another story. i have been sending emails on a weekly basis to find out when my measly amount of money owing will be refunded back into my account. no response at all, after sending about 5 emails, just an email saying that they are experiencing high volumes of enquiries and they will get back to me. One person mailed me yesterday and gave me completely useless information. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS WHEN MY REFUND WILL BE DONE AND WILL IT BE INTO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR MY BANK ACCOUNT, AS THEY HAVE BOTH THOSE DETAILS. The answer was unsatisfactory and I am still waiting to hear when my refund will be effected. it has been over 2 half weeks now since the goods were collected BUT ON ZANDO'S WEBSITE THEY STATE THAT REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN 48 HOURS OF GOODS ARE RETUNED. THIS IS A BLATANT THEN AND THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO CONSUMER PROTECTION, AS OVER 2HALF WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. IT IS THE PRINCIPLE HERE AND FRANKLY THEIR SERVICE IS A DISGRACE.
