I was over the moon when Dis-Chem opened in Three Rivers, but I have never come across such rude employees; from Zelda the pharmacist to the cashiers and security. One would think that a fairly new shop would have polite smiling staff; sadly that's not the case; It seems they're more concerned about their appearances, than customer's interaction skills! I quickly ran in at 18h20 to get more electrical water bottles, but sadly the pink ones were sold out, so I bought the red & blue plus some other items. I waited for a while, as most cashiers were busy and some were cashing up or so it appeared. I went to till 5, whom I originally thought was cashing up. No greeting, just "do you have an e-bucks card" I mentioned that the 3 items were on special if she could verify that, (whilst I was getting my Dis-Chem card) which Mbalie Mvelase confirmed was R29-90, as if she did me this huge favour. I continued to take the balance of items out of the basket, where upon she ripped the till slip off throwing it aside and aggressively tearing the plastic bags from each other. Who needs bad attitude and rude staff? Clicks here I come; I'd rather spend my money there!
