I came to your store this morning to get my husband's repeat meds. It should have been Glucophage XR (120), Galvus 50mg (30) and Lyrica 150mg (60). Unfortunately it appears that your pharmacist was too busy with a personal call from her brother on her cell phone to concentrate on giving me the correct meds. She supplied me with the correct amount of Galvus and Glucophage XR, but because the Glucophage XR do not fit 120 tablets into one box, she stuck the remaining two blister packs of 30 Glucophage XR into another box, stuck the Lyrica label on it, and did not dispense any Lyrica. I am therefore short 60 x 120mg Lyrica. I did not expect this type of mess up - medication can be pretty dangerous if incorrectly dispensed and I would expect your pharmacists to focus on their jobs not their personal problems. She wanted to pour out her troubles about her brother but I cut her short - and sadly only noticed her mess up tonight when arriving home my husband opened his packet of meds to find his Lyrica not present. This is an expensive medication and I took time off work to fetch this!!!
