I have tried contacting 'customer services' via phone and email, to change my address. I got through twice although address was never changed. I moved in January and have not received my cash back awards since then. I am a loyal gold card member although after this terrible 'service', I am more than ready to get rid of my Clicks card and start supporting only Dischem. My last attempt was via email, which was last week and I have not heard a word.
