In Jan this year I ordered a Leatherman and then requested a Sales person to see whether or not she could acquire a plug for my Colemen Coolerbox. Leatherman arrived but no word of the plug. Went back a month later - recorded my details - promised to call me to let me know whether or not they could get one. One month later - no feedback. Went in again - told them how disappointed I was at the lack of feedback. Again a promise to let me know. Went in again today - 4 months later, still no feedback - yet again a promise to let me know. I don't expect to hear from them. A small purchase but I have spent thousands in the store since it opened. Only person who takes her role seriously in the store is Joyce. Rest of the staff could learn a great deal from her about customer service.
