On the 808/2012 I have received a Belford headsets and duvet cover sets from Homechoice. Only to find out i wasnt happy with the quality of the duver cover and the bedset was faulty so I called the call centre to collect the order and send a courier after I fought for 3 weeks to fetch it on the 17/09/2012. Since then I`ve been calling finding out about when are they going to send the headset back. I`ve been promised several times until on the 12/12/2012 i spoke to Michelle who was the Supervisor on that day telling me their warehouse will be closed on the 15/12/2012, but she will try to help me I have been waiting until the 8/01/2013. I demanded to speak to the Supervisor whom is Anwa Peterson gave me his direct line and promised to get back to me a day after The line he gave me doesnt not work. Today is 16/01/2013 I called again every agent tells me his busy he will call me back. Mind you on the system it shows that i owe them money for the things I dont have. If i can show you my telephone bill on how many times I called them its schocking because I have already spent too much money making calls to them and still wait 10 min before being helped.
