I was stressing regarding my account that has been handed over to the Lawyers at Nimble Group Holdings. I use to receive calls regarding payments, etc so this morning i just called in and a Gentleman by the name of Yaseen Mohamed assisted me. He was so kind to explain everything to me, gave me options of payment, speaking to me like i'm his sister (respect and understanding)
Because of him, the way he handled the matter, i deceided to settle the account. He explained how the interest and the cost is being worked out and all this time i've been paying and it felt like i'm never going to finish paying this account. For the first time this morning when i spoke to Yaseen, he showed me why i've been feeling like i did but now i feel like a new person. My account is paid up and it's all because of Yaseen's assistance.
I wish that i could only deal with a person like Yaseen with all my other accounts.
He should keep this behaviuor and he will go Places and not just any place but GOOD AND BLESSING PLACES.
