I requested a quote online from MiWay. Yaseen called me at exactly the time I requested, was extremely friendly and efficient and got me a quote I was very happy with. He then agreed to waive my joining fees and arranged me a discount on the premium.
They should have given me the cheapest quote possible in the first place, but I appreciate that he went the extra mile and got me the right rate in the end.
