I went to do my grocery shopping as usual at shoprite checkers in randburg square on the 02.05.2013. I got to the till when i was informed that the 2 OMO 2kgs i had picked were part of a promotion they were having that you get a 1kg OMO for each 2kg OMO you buy.
Then the till lady told me they were now out of the 1kg OMO's to give me and when the supervisor came to assist she was rude in her behavior and also saying refund him and move on. The manager came to see what the problem was as i was not happy by the way i was treated by the supervisor and she offered to assist. The manager went to the back to check if they is stock of the 1kg OMO but came back to say that they is nothing and blamed the head-office for not supplying enough of the product though they had ordered enough. I left the shop without my 2 promotional 1kg OMO's which i want as i had paid for 2 2kg OMO's.
i am not happy with the service i was giving by the staff members in the store when they found out they are out of stock. i want my promotional products as soon as yesterday.
