I Bought goods @ Bradlows in 2007, they did not have stock in the storage place but i could take the goods from the floor as they were in good condition (so the said). i trusted them & took the goods home. 2 days later i realised the faults ofthe goods, TV had no remote, fridge had some serious cracks inside (badly dammaged), Sound system diddnt have wires to connect, one of the Subhovers was not working, we immedietly went to the shop to report the issues & we were gived bad attitudes & not listened to. eventually they sent a person to inspect the fridge & the person recomended that a new fridge be given, they refused & other isues were not addresed, we paid for about 3 - 4 months, still trying to address the issues that were not listened to. Eventually we decided to not pay & we notified them verbally of our actions, they then decided to take the goods back & we were angry enough and didnt want anything to do with them. A new brach manager was employed, she wrote us a letter stating that we no longer owe them as they repossessed but now the letter was lost., since then we havent heard anything untill Jan2013, I'm being ganishined, i want my mony, a clean name & new acc to buy
