I have bought many items from Homemark in the past.
When reporting the only problem that I have yet experienced, I eventually got in touch with "Patrick" (not his real name). He is one of the managers and it is not his job to accept client service calls.
Patrick was very friendly and showed an attitude of "What can I do to really make you happy again"
Not only did he deal with my problem immediately, he went out of his way to solve it.
His actions exceeded my expectations by far.
I WILL suport Homemark again.
