Bad Service and complicating procedures for client

Tracker has no email address where you can scan and email your Installation and Test Certificate once the tracking device has been installed in your car.
I called the call center to requested a fax number, I was transferred and nobody answered my call.
An email address would have saved me the trouble of calling the Tracker call center only to let my call go unanswered.
