I was paying for netstar tracking on a vehicle i owned, i then changed ownership to my son who has the same name as myself. Approximatly 2 years down the line i discover we have both been paying for tracker on the same vehicle, as he thought he was paying for it and i was under the impression i was paying for it. Upon taking this up with Netstar they say they were told the registration number was different by one digit therefore they assumed it to be two different vehicles althought the engine number and chassie number were the same which is information they have and require. Customer service said they would look into it and come back to me in 2 days, it is now been over a week later without response. I have been speaking to the head office in Midrand i am however a Durban North resident.
