After receiving an SMS that the vehicle needed to be expected as they (Tracker) are not receiving a signal, we make a booking to have the car inspected. A booking is made and an sms acknowledging the booking is received for Tuesday 2pm. On Tuesday we receive another sms confirming the appointment. Well 2pm come and goes. At 4pm we call and they, Tracker cannot find any bookings in their systems. Just how can this happen when you (Tracker) are sending out the reminders and confirmations? Eventually, an agent comes out around 6pm. He says that he had just been informed. Not on guys. 2nd proof of bad administration in your ranks (see previous Tracker complaint).
