I sigh up a contract with my local security company in January this year and pay them directly, they in turn use ADT for response, since day 1 I have beef double charged by ADT, I have logged a complaint every single month since March and is promised every time that the problem will be fix, I have made the western cape management aware of my problems but they are obviously to busy to worry about their clients, it is now 8 month later and the double billing is still happening, this must be the worst response/ attitude I have received ever!
I will be spending my money with someone else in future and make sure everyone I know know about the ADT attitude
