My alarm system was hit by lightning on the 21/09/2012 and I reported it to ADT and informed them to cancel my service until my system get fixed. They promised to send someone to get it fixed. I have sent mails, called and even put an enquiry on their website but no luck at all. Thay have been deducting monthly fees and radio fees for a service i do not have. I have requested a refund but yet again no luck, no one bothers to get back to me. Should something happen how will they know, who will come to my rescue??? How can I pay for a service thats not rendered to me??? I have no problem in continuing with ADT but the matter of the fact is I do not have an alarm system so what exactly am i paying for?
