After cancelling alarm contract on the 1st April 2012, ADT did not decommission (disconnect their telephone line) alarm thus running up my telkom by thousands of rands without me knowing, until i received my Telkom accounts and after enquiring they furthermore promised to refund in full, only to be advised that they are not liable after all.
What are companies coming too these days, just to take your hard earned money for granted because they don't feel like following their own procedures.
