So my mother received a phone call the day after I loaded the previous complaint, 2 weeks ago. They have been waiting since then for the equipment (radio etc) to be removed from their premises!!! My goodness!! Please can someone just sort this nonsense out?? Or must they just remove everything themselves? They will gladly dispose of it if you do not want or need it anymore.
