Problems with ADT Security AGAIN...
we had cancelled their service for monitoring our house in June. Since we had to go overseas we could not monitor our bank statements. This January we figured out that they still deducted their monthly fee from our account.
Since then they bounce emails back and forth internally.
WHEN we can reach them by phone - which means waiting anything from 10 to 20 minutes in their system - they admit they owe us money. Next they want (doubt that) to transfer to their accounting department and OOOOPS ---- they've dropped the line A G A I N. Seems to be their thing...
