We requested pet sensors in the house we are currently residing at. The money was paid to ADT, we waited so long for someone to come out & then my fionce cancelled, he was tired of begging for a technician to come out. After numerous calls over a period of about 1 month, we were advised that the request was sent to ADT's head office allowing ADT to pay us back. It's been about 3 weeks & still no money in our account!! It's funny that providers are quick enough to take our money but yet so hesitant to give our money back because of their inefficiency's.. I have yet again tried contacting ADT, held on for about 5 min, then the line got cut. Called again, & guess what?! After 4 min the line was cut AGAIN!!
So frustrating!!!
