Unacceptable and absurd service

I called cartrack on the 23/01/2014 @ 06:18 am to ask the location of my car they told me that they were unable to locate the position of my car but they could see it was in S.A. The agent said she would call me back as they trying to find my location; she called at 06:34 am said that she was still unable to locate my vehicle. She then said she will call me back, which she did not. Out of a panic, immediately went back to my house to check if the car was still there which it was. I called them on the same day at 17:57 and 18:20 spoke to very a rude agent who did not even want to listen or give me an explanation, I requested to speak to their supervisor which I had to wait for a long time then hanged up but he managed to call me back. Sipho it was, I told him I was not impressed with the service as my car could have been and nobody had the decency to call me back. I had to waste my time calling numerous times and on top of it all I had to drive all the way back from Cresta to Randfontein to check if my car was there. I'm still waiting for a manager to call me and give me a clear explanation as I'm paying every month for this service which does not work clearly.
