I always had problems and doubts about ADT security and I still have but I want to take this moment to single out one of their response personnel who always goes out of his line of duty to provide me and my family fantastic service. The armed response personnel is Albert don' t know his surname wish I did who respond at nice estate where I leave. he goes out of his way to do drive pass from the start of his shift during the night until he knocks off. he is the only gentleman that does that since I started staying here from 2009. I wish all the response team can take points and guidance from this gentleman. He is kind respectful well dressed and happy all the time. He takes pride from his job and this is the first I have seen from security personnel. The company is so lucky to have him and we are lucky in Rosslyn to have a trusted armed response. I wish the company can take care of him.
