I had a burglary yesterday and was furious at the discovery that the trellidor was not installed properly and as a result, the burglars had easy access to my home! The lack of accountability taken is shocking from such a well known 'trusted' brand!
An inspector came today and said he will send a report to Head Office. Hope this report doesnt end up in file 13.
Very disgusted client.
