Useless technical department

ADT was not helpful in fixing my alarm system, the technician came out and had no clue what he was doing. I informed him I needed it fixed as I was going away and he simply said I'm too busy. I then called the technical department who had the same attitude, they couldn't be bothered about there clients they are absolutely pathetic, by the way it took 4 calls and before anyone actually pitched up
