ADT continue to debit my business bank account for supposed work done which they cant prove. At my cost I have to get my bank to reverse the transaction. They are not allowed to debit a bank account unless the account holder has authorised the transaction. This is!!!
I am more than happy to pay for work done if there is a signed job card and I am aware of the work done.
Local ADT management have taken this matter up with their head office on numerous occasions but without success. Local management are even saying to me that I should take the matter further to get resolved as they cant do anymore for me from a local perspective.
This matter will now be handed over to my attorney for rectification, with costs.
