Waiting for a statement. Three weeks now

This is just pathetic service. We have been waiting for a statement now for three weeks. We have been phoning the accounts department in Pretoria they keep on sending the wrong statements. We phoned the Witbank branch and they just say phone the accounts department in Pretoria they can help us. There is just no client service.
