I logged a query with tracker regarding the tracker devices in my cars, one has not been working since June 2012 and the other one last gave a signal in December 2012, . I wanted to know why I was being billed for devices which are out of order and wanted all my premiums deducted thereafter to be refunded and my policy cancelled.
To date no refund has been made and they are continuously and religiously deducting premiums from my account. When you send emails to their billing department it appears there go into a "black hole" as you never receive any response from them.
I will personally never recomend tracker to anyone as with them it appear one is just "an account number"
