DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW VOLVO V40 with installation

Good day, i have booked my Volvo V40 to be fitted with a cartrack security device as it was a request of my insurance at King Price. they started with the installation at 12:00 on 25/11/2013. it was said to me that the installation will take 2 hours. it took them till 16:30 to do the installation after i called then 5 times to get feedback on which they told me they will call me back with feedback i NEVER recieved a call back. when the cartrack fitters were done they informed me that the whole feft side of my BRAND NEW car is no longer working. i bought the car on the Friday the 22/11/2013. ive hade it for 3 days!!! its got 318km on the clock and now its broken! i had to take it into Volvo to have it checked by the computer etc. the computer as well as the tec instructed me as well as sended me fotos of how much damage they actualy caused me. they have cut off life electrical wires and just stuffed them in behind the glove box, the wires werent even isolated in which case it could have caused my whole car to burn out as well as my engin if it should have made contact to any part of my engin. this could have resulted in a fatality!!!
