I transferred my unit 4rm 1 vehichle 2 another. I was told that I have 2 pay R850 b4 this can be dne. I called Petronola on da 06/11/13 & asked her 2 plez assist me & debit me this amount at da end of da month which she agred. i wake up on da 07/11/13 & 2 my suprise recive a sms stating that da debit order has gone off. I called Petronola on da 07/11/13 & aked her wat had happend because she said it will go off at da end of da month. She said dat she didn't kno but da debit order was already set.i told her why say somthng & not do it so she asked me 2 speak 2 Bonny Mitchele. She agrred that a refund will be done and Petronola will confirm this. This refund was suppose 2 take place in 7 to 14 working days. I called Petronola on da 18/11/13 & asked her what's going on, she said dA refund was done on da 11/11/13. I told her 2 send me a mail 2 confirm this which she didn't do. I called her back on da 20/11/13. She said she never send me da mail because da refund might be done today. I called back on the 21/11/13 an spkoe to Stanley. Petronola now said it will be done on da 22/11/13 because da manager for that dep is not inn. THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT I TRUST WID MY VEHICLE? WOW
