I have done a qoute with ADT... sales people came by my house sold me a adt watch, not explaining that its only for one door property meaning all my bedrooms and dinning room are not covered, which that i got it from a technician who was very Good to explain that to me on monday the 18/11/2013. But ADT decided to debit my account without my concern on the 16/11/2013 before even the technician come, these not call that came through to say we going to debit you, still i requested that am getting paid on the 27th how can they debit me without them instailling anything on top of that, not I got charged R115 WHICH I WANT IT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT now i have unpaind caused but Incompitent staff, CAN SOME ONE PLEASE RECTIFY THIS AND CANCEL THAT QUOTE LIKE ASAP. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN YOU DEBIT A PERSON WITH A QUOTATION,? CAN I HAVE MY R115 WHICH WAS CAUSED BY YOU TRYING TO DEBIT R250.
I CALLED ADT I WAS HOLDING FOR 12 MIN NO ANSWER JEEZZZZZ WHAT IS WRONG WITH ADT CHUBB IS BETTER
