Slow and inaccurate response

1. Call centre takes too long to answer a call (10 min), drops the call and then does not phone back.
2.Sales rep does not arrive for appointment, based on inaccurate information received from admin / inappropriate conclusionsade
3. Adt does not update system with client's changed details on time, needing several reminders.
