Cancelled Contract Keeps Getting Billed

Received from ADT on 3/10/13:
As per our telephone conversation I hereby confirm that I have cancelled and stopped the debit order with immediate effect and paper work for a refund has been compiled.
Reality:
Debit order continues to go through our account and no refund has been received.
