Earlier this year, I complained about the continual irritiation from the call centres which at the time was bordering on harrassment. I was contacted from someone from Johannesburg who promised me that he would instruct the relevant persons to remove my name from the call centre. I am still getting monthly calls.
I believe by the continual marketing of ADT via call centres that either
a) the person that promised me they would arrange to remove me from the relevant list, doesn't keep his word
b) this same person just said this to humour me and; or
c) the person that was given the instruction, doesn't listen or adhere to such requests.
Now - I DONT want to be contacted by any ADT personnel promoting their products;
I DONT want a security system and if I did, I definitely would NOT ask ADT.
Anyone reading this - REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL CENTRE DATA BASE!!!
