I have never had such bad service from a company before and the best of all is that Pro - Active Alarms is contracted out from ADT and due to the bad service we have had from them since we signed the contract with them in 2011 we are highly considering it to cancel our contract! They were the cheapest out of 4 quotes we received and we didn't just want to take the cheapest as this was for our safety, but they seemed the best at the time, little did we know. We have logged so many complaints about them at ADT head office and nothing seems to be done from their side either. Our beams were hit twice last year by lightning and with both times it was just such a mission to get any response or service out of them, my husband an myself have been phoning the branch manager Hennie and he's got such a bad attitude he always and he never returns your calls or even bother to let you know what is going on, we are so frustrated with this supplier and have had enough of them, please be careful when signing a contract with an Alarm Company because when it comes to your safety you need the best!!!
