Request feedback - no response

I logged a request for information from Tracker on 18 Oct 2013. I received a reference number GE65669.

Until now I have not received any feedback or information, only the reference number. It is unprofessional not to provide feedback to an existing customer. Customer service is down the drain.

I sent an email, and I expect an email back. DO NOT PHONE ME AS I CANNOT ANSWER MY CELL PHONE DURING THE DAY!!!
