BAD SERVICE / NO FEEDBACK!!!

To whom this may concern;

On 21.10.2013 I tested the tracking device system on my vehicle Reg: CC 44 MF GP BMW X6. The lady (Polisile) informed me that I will be notified within 48 hours per sms.

Needless to say, I was not informed in any matter regarding my vehicle. On 23.10.2013 I contacted your service centre again, they were aware of the call i made on 21.10.2013 - Now
they proclaim that they can't test it again - with no explanation why and they were unable to give me a reference number - all i got was the persons name and time of call Sheldon at 16:17.

I personally think there is no reason why tracker can't do test and inform the client about the situation. Why does the liability with the paying customer, my concern is that this is trackers job to find the car and that Tracker is too incompetent with their job! Until this day 24.10.2013 I have not received any feedback from your company.

Please inform me asap how to resolve this matter, as the feedback is very poor already!
