AND so the BAD service from ADT Contuinues .. Since I complained here in JUNE little or nothing has been done to resolve our issues after numerous calls and messages for Waldo form technical to call he came on the13th of August to replace the brackets with new ones we bought ourselves .. Suprise... the preimetor did not work once again!! being set off when you arm them! Once again the calls to ADT starts! 25 September got hold of him .. Appologetic he sends someone agian to come and see.. 27 Sept Ali from technical comes to check and states that all was done INCORRECTLY as Rusting is already setting in and Brackets are loose... Here we are November and THANks ADT no response still we are waiting but the BONUS is Last night we were burgald two people terrefied my family just after 12! They attempted to get into my house that has Broken F... Perimetor beams and they proceeded to REMOVE your job of beams!!! What whould have happend to my family had my son not seen them outside. Both my cars are broken into and my Husbands boat! But worst is your Beams did not protect us or warn us Beacuse you have not come to FIX them and resolve this issue since April 2013
