Normally ADT will send out communication regarding the annual network radio fee, but this year I never received anything of the sort. I got a shock this morning when I saw the debit order. ADT must understand that we are the clients and they cant just do what they want, whenever they want. I work strictly according to a budget and now I am not happy at all. You guys need to pull your fingers out of your 's, I am paying for a service and part of that service is to communicate with your clients before hand when you going to increase the debit order.
