I have had 3 calls from ADT in the last month advising me that my "electric fencing" was set off. On each occasion I advised that I DO NOT have and never had electric fencing. I have logged complaints telephonically and am still waiting for a manager/senior to advise, apologise or explain. Then to top everything off, I receive an sms this weeky advising that I am in arrears, which I am not!!
HOW DO YOU DELIVERY THIS KIND OF SERVICE?? Is this what I pay R600 a month for???
ADT Management, listen to all recordings on this account for the last 2 months and tell me if this level of service is acceptable to you.
