On Thursday (29/08/2013) at around 12:15 the driver of the vehicle WBM 224 GP arrived to deliver my package. While stopping in front of my gate, the vehicle moved forward and crashed into my gate. The driver told me that his handbrakes had failed, which was the cause of the vehicle not remaining stationary. Inspecting the damage I saw that the gate was bent and my electric fencing connections had been damaged. I managed to fix my gate, but on the electric fencing I need to bring out the suppliers that installed it, to fix it or else I would void my warranty.

Your customer service agent (I believe his name is Dumelo) was quick to respond to come out and take pictures of the accident. His exact words to me where: "I promise I would call you back before COB today with what we are going to do"... Well it is now the 31/08/2013 and I still haven't heard anything. This is pathetic, I need answers from you on the payment of the fix on my electric fencing. I am beside myself angry at your company, and your lack of interest on resolving this matter THAT YOU CAUSED!

If I do not get a response from you ASAP, I will lay criminal charges at Garsfontein Police station.
