ADT increased my premium this month by 45%! There was no communication about this. They expect me to pay a premium of R 751pm for a little house! Who can afford this? Tries to get hold of someone to query this... no luck. Going to cancel all my properties immediately (as soon as someone answers my calls) and tell everyone i know about this total rip-off. Disgusted, i have been with them for years and this is how they treat loyal customers. No! Enough!
