It would be greatly appreciated if someone could respond to my e-mail sent on the 9th September 2013 and subsequently on 10th October 2013 to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed]
All I want to know is can I cancel my contracts, which is now lapsed. So now if anyone does which to respond my question to you changes - How do I stop your services as I wish to move to another security supplier.
Is that too much for someone to put their fingers to a keyboard or pick up a phone or are your office staff now doing patrols?
How can a big security company like yourselves be effective if you cannot even reply to a simple e-mail. This is not the type of service one would expect and someone in the respective department needs a serious wake up call, maybe from the CEO
