Trying to cancel my contract on a car that ive sold more than 18 months back. Must have phoned 10 times and never get through to customer service. Instead they want to advertise their product while you hold the line for 15 minutes at the time. Why can they just not pay for a TV advert??? I should be billing them for all my phone calls.
Terrible customer service, imagine what would happen if they my car...
