I signed up with ADT on a 36 month contract... and informed them I will be moving. They offered to move my contract over to my parents name as my parents also use their security service... so basically I wouldn't have to pay for a service I wasn't using, but my parents would be tied into a 5 month contract.
This is confirmed in writing and we agreed for them to cut the service as of the 29th of December, however, I will still billed for January. I have followed this up twice with ADT, both times they said they would forward the query to head office. Both times, they have said they could not tell me WHEN I would get anything back from ADT. Surely they have a turn around time on these matters... that is just basic service. Needless to say it is the end of January and I can see that I am going to have another debit in February and no call from ADT.
PLEASE CALL ME and transfer the refund.
