Netstar, in my experience your service is pathetic, rather a No-star. When a customer asks for something, your only goal is to sell and sign a contract. What the customer asks, is not relevant to you. When I ask for information in order to arrange the installation and plan my day and you commit to comeback on the options available, it does not mean you don't have to come back and you can carry on arranging my installation in what ever area suits you, send me an unsolicited SMS, regardless of where I stay and my diary. Also, next time, tell your customers upfront when they are confirming the charges, that the integration into the car remote is an extra R500 and not after signing the contract.
