Firstly, monthly premiums are regularly increased despite being locked in for the first year at an agreed rate. Secondly, charges are debited to my account for services relating to faulty equipment, again under warranty for the first year. Promises were made to rectify - not done. Emails and phone calls are not returned/replied to. Not the first time I have had cause to complain about the service.
Patrol guys are great! Support staff are rude, have a bad attitude and are useless!
From Saturday, I'm now going to be out of the country for 2 weeks.
