Vehicle Reg: ND702521 blocked our driveway and was asked to move but ignored us. Causing my neighbour to get stuck behind be. There was no brake in or any other problem but he just decided to move his vehicle on his own time. This caused us to be late for work. If there was any incidents ie brake inn we would understand. But he blatantly ignored the resident owners
