I visited this shop to purchase ink for my printer. The lady at the sales desk was okay then a man entered the shop and told me to move my car. As I am a new resident of the area I did not see any signs stipulating where the parking area was. I told this guy that I will move my vehicle soon. I felt very uneasy as this guy was rude and the best of all is that when I left the premises of these people going out at the EXIT there was another vehicle that entered at the EXIT. My husband contacted the shop and they put him through to this guy who was then introduced as the owner. In conversation this guy did not introduce himself and yet again he was rude to my husband on the phone as well.
I am sure he must have had a bad day, but I would like to warn the public not to make use of their services, because if he can be rude about something small just imagine what he would be like if you complain. My husband was threatened with an attorney if I voice my opinion on your Website.
