Adt Jhb service is absolutely pathetic. Adt had carried out work in installing my alarm system at my premises to the value of a R1000.00. I had agreed I will pay via depositing in to their banking account which I promptly did. Even after I had deposited the amount and countless calls as well as faxing and emailing the proof to Adt about 10 times they still debited my account with a R1000.00. Can a proper competent Adt representative sort this out immediately as ADT now owes me R1000.00 having taken the money twice from me. I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY FUNDS ASAP! Why is it so difficult to confirm receipt of payment for a firm of adt"s calibre. Gutted with the service and want my refund ASAP.
