Why should it be so complicated to get a quote

I visited Maxidors website and sent through a request. I was very specific with sizes and what I wanted.

I received an sms shortly after stating that Lazarus was going to be my sales person. Lazurus sms'd me saying he would call me "SHORTLY" at 10h00 that same day. Impressive right - not really.

I sms'd him asking if he was in fact going to call me with no avail.

At 15h00 there was no call so I called the centre and asked them to reassign me a person as my interpretation of the word "shortly" is very different. I asked them to tell Lazurus not to call me.

Lazurus called me the next day anyway.

Quincy called me the same day asking for all the information that I already supplied. Why do I need to supply it twice? So I forwarded him the email I had sent to Trelidoor.

HE SENDS ME A QUOTE VIA SMS!!! How unprofessional.

He called me today to follow up and I said that I would not be accepting the quote as a sms is unprofessional. He called me rude and hung up!

I had been warned by family that the service at Maxidor was pathetic - I gave them a try and WOW do I regret it. Please keep your sms - I got two professional quotes from Rhino and Trelidoor. I shall be using one of them.
